The service

PrecisionMaths lets you generate worksheets based on syllabuses we publish, download those worksheets as PDFs, and (on paid plans) browse curated collections. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features over time.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. You may not share your account or use it on behalf of more than one person.

Plans and billing

Paid plans (Lite, Studio) are charged monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Our refund policy is documented at /refunds and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Acceptable use

You may use the worksheets you generate for personal study, tutoring, or classroom use. You may not resell or redistribute our generation service or its output as a competing service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse the service.

Content and accuracy

We work hard to verify every generated question and solution, but mistakes can occur. Report errors via /contact. We provide the service "as is" and make no warranty of fitness for any particular educational outcome.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from /account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
