Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Data controller: PrecisionMaths (operated from Singapore).
What we collect
Your email address (for sign-in and receipts). Worksheet generation history (to enforce monthly quota and let you re-download). Billing identifiers from Stripe (a customer id and subscription state) when you have a paid plan. We do not collect names, addresses, or payment card details — Stripe handles those directly.
Why we collect it
To run the service, to enforce quotas and prevent abuse, to send transactional emails (sign-in links, billing receipts), and to respond when you contact support.
Where it lives
On servers in AWS region ap-southeast-1 (Singapore). Our payment processor (Stripe) holds billing data on its own infrastructure under its privacy policy.
How long we keep it
For active accounts: as long as the account exists. After deletion: only a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email so we can prove deletion to a regulator if asked. Stripe retains billing records under its own retention rules.
Your rights under PDPA
You may access, correct, or withdraw consent for processing of your personal data at any time. You can self-serve deletion at /account. For access or correction requests, write to us via /contact.
