Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with PrecisionMaths. This policy explains when we refund subscription charges.
New subscriptions
If you are charged for a new Lite or Studio plan and decide it is not for you, write to us at /contact within 14 days of the first charge and we will issue a full refund — provided your total usage in that period is under 25% of the plan’s monthly quota.
Renewals
Renewals (the second and subsequent monthly charges) are non-refundable. To avoid the next renewal, cancel your plan from /account before the period ends; you will keep access until the period closes.
Billing errors
If we make a billing error — a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after cancellation — we will refund it in full. Contact us at /contact.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank settlement usually completes within five business days.
